We believe that the newest trend toward green living will benefit all of us and that it’s important to increase our awareness and develop better living habits now more than ever. Green real estate is a way to put our beliefs into practice and contribute to the betterment and health of our community.

National Association of Realtors (NAR) ‘Green Designation’ provides knowledge for real estate professionals about green building principles, eco-friendly design practices, energy efficient products, sustainable communities,  air quality, LEED, and more. We achieved this designation after completing coursework in understanding what makes a property green, helping clients evaluate the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, distinguishing between industry rating and classification systems, listing and marketing green homes and buildings, discussing the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners, and helping consumers see a property’s green potential.

With this knowledge and our commitment to continuing education, we’ll be able to guide buyers and sellers with regard to purchasing, selling & creating greener homes. Our Green designation is only green real estate professional designation recognized by NAR.
