Local Real Estate sales for the last 30 days share the MAR optimism the market could be leveling off. Hampshire county single family sales actually rose in number of sales by 28% with an increase in sale price of 13%. In Franklin County the actual number of sales increased 21% however the sale price remained virtually the same. I quickly noticed, howver, the days on market have increased substantially in both markets. |
